All of our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is printed and created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will absolutely make it right if there’s an issue with your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong color or design
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Or you received the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Because orders move into production quickly, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12–24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
  2. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered, but we will do our best to assist you.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
